Fundraiser December 2015

This is my monthly report for generous patrons who contributed €162 to support development of Nuvola Player in December 2015. Thanks to them, I spent 16 hours working on 5 tasks, which are listed bellow with a few comments, thus my reward was €10 per hour. Since there wasn't enough funded time to finish Nuvola Player 3.0.0 Stable Release, I borrowed extra time from the Fundraiser of January 2016. As a result, some tasks that were actually done in December are listed in my January report.

You can support my work on Nuvola Player via PayPal, Gratipay, Patreon, Flattr or Bitcoin. Let's make Nuvola Player more awesome!

Thank you!

Welcome screen

Date: Dec. 30, 2015, 3:01 p.m. • Work time: 4.94 hours • Spent funds: €54.34

I created welcome screen that is shown when a new Nuvola Player release is launched for the first time. Although I took base widgets from Nuvola Player 2 (RichTextBuffer and RichTextView), I had to troubleshoot and fix issues regarding whitespace and a proper link colour. A lot of theming things has changed since the old code was written!
